At Magnolia Fashion Wholesale, we strive to ensure your inventory is perfect, offering a 14-day return window for any items that do not meet our quality standards. Please note that as a wholesale provider, all returns must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Await Authorization
Our quality control team will review your submission within 48 business hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number upon approval.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the authorized items in their original bundles and include the RMA form inside the package before shipping to our main distribution center.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit to your account which can be applied to any future seasonal collections.
