What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

To maintain our wholesale pricing, we require a minimum opening order of $200. Re-order minimums are set at $100.

How long does shipping typically take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by location.

Can I use your professional photos for my own website?

Yes, once you have purchased the items, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use our product imagery for your marketing and e-commerce listings.

What is your return policy for wholesale orders?

We accept returns on defective items only. Claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and total weight.

Are your items sold in pre-packs or individual sizes?

Most of our apparel is sold in standard pre-packs (e.g., 2-S, 2-M, 2-L) to ensure a balanced size run for your boutique.
